Hotel Isle de France is located on one of St. Barthelemy's loveliest beaches, Baie des Flamands, 5 minutes by car from the airport. Days at the Isle de France are devoted to pleasure. Please note there are 4 Family Bungalows two Garden Bungalows that either share a common entrance or have an adjoining door, which can welcome families of 4 to 6 people. The Family Bungalows have a shared entrance hall, two rooms next to each other, two bathrooms, two terraces.

Tropical Garden Room - Located above the tennis court with a view of the sea. One large room, bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), a terrace over looking the garden and the sea (not facing the beach).

Hillside Bungalow with private pool - 40 steps to a fabulous view of the sea. One room ( King Size Bed, no possibility of twin beds ) with a bathroom, a kitchenette, a terrace and a private swimming pool overlooking a magnificent sea view.

Tropical Garden Suite Bungalow - One room, separate sitting room, bathroom, dressing room, terrace.

Beach Room - One room, bathroom and a terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and the sea.

Two Bedroom Fisherman’s Cottage - This cottage has two en-suite bedrooms (one with King Size Bed and a bathtub and one with Twin beds and a shower), a small sitting area, a kitchenette, an exterior garden and an interior courtyard.

Beach Junior Suite - One room with a separate sitting area, one terrace over looking the swimming pool and the sea.

Two Bedroom Suite on the Beach - This Two Bedroom suite has an incredible location opening up right on to the lovely Baie des Flamands beach. There is a double bedroom with shower, a living room area with a kitchenette, leading onto a deck with a beautiful sea view and a private Jacuzzi. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a bathtub, shower and a private sundeck.

New - Beach Suites
Located a few yards from the Main Building and situated directly on Baie des Flamands, one of St Barth most beautiful and pristine beaches. Each Beach suites measures 1500 square feet and all four suites have fantastic views.

Two suites are on the ground floor and two suites on the upper level. All four state of the art Beach Suites have been decorated in a casual chic style by Penny Morrison of Morrison Interiors in London. Parquet floors, soft elegant furnishings using cool cottons and linens are just a few of the delicate touches to these exquisite suites.

Each suite has a private infinity plunge pool, modern air conditioning unit, ceiling fan and large terrace with beach loungers. The spacious living rooms have 52″plasma television screens, fully equipped kitchens with American fridges and ice-makers, complimentary mini bars and wireless internet connections.

The Spa at Hotel St Barth Isle de France offers an atmosphere of complete relaxation and pure indulgence enabling guests to return to their natural state of well being. The spa interior is an architectural structure of clean lines, rich woods, limestone and marble accented by fragrant and colourful local flowers. The spa offers an extensive menu of treatments and personalized therapies created by Molton Brown to rejuvenate the body and the mind.

The hotel has one floodlit tennis court (Astro turf) which is lit at night, a fully equipped fitness room which is located in the Spa, 2 swimming pools (one by beach, one in the tropical garden). Clients have access to all these activities. Beach towels, shower on the beach, rackets and balls are free for the guests. TRAVELING TO ST BARTS:

MV Voyager departs daily from the waterfront in Marigot, St. Martin, at 9:00 AM and at 6:15 PM to arrive in Gustavia around 75 minutes later.

There is also a hight speed ferry named The Edge that comes to Gustavia once a day from Tuesday till Saturday. It leaves from Pelican Marina in Dutch St. Maarten at 9 AM. The passage lasts around 45 minutes

You can also charter a high-speed boat to come and pick you up in St Maarten. Contact Marine Service or Master Ski Pilou, who offers a 24/7 St. Maarten water taxi service.

From Guadeloupe, Air Caraïbes offers a few direct flights to St. Barths (45 minutes) and others via St-Martin departing at times meant to accommodate the arrival of the bigger planes from Europe.

Air Caraïbes also has sereral flights a week between San Juan and St. Barths via St. Martin.

Private Charter facilites from Antigua to St Barths with Carib Aviation. It is an average of $500pp one way and it can of course connect with arriving flights.

Locally based charter flights, which can ease transfer, especially from San Juan and Antigua (British Airways has a handy flight from London to Antigua), are also available.
