218 rooms are spread out in the garden in 6 buildings of 1 or 2 floors and 1 building of 5 floors. There are 51 standard rooms, 108 ocean view rooms and 42 coral rooms and 15 junior suites. All rooms have bathrooms with a tub, balcony and 2 large double beds.

La Route des Epices - The Spice Road, faces the waterfront, offers from breakfast to dinner a buffet meal. For dinner, a wide choice of international foods (Italian, Chinese, Mexican and Creole) will surely give you an appetite.

Le Zawag - The Zawag, the wooden setting on the bay, is a great place to taste numerous Creole dishes. Specializing in fresh fish, shellfish and lobster.

Casa Beach Pizza - The Pizza Beach Cabin for snacks on the beach.

La Rhumerir - The Rum Bar is the place for cocktails and they are served with homemade accras (tart fish doughnuts, a Guadelupian tasty specialty). Late night drinks and snacks also served.
