20 % Deposit to secure reservations

• We have a 20% deposit policy on most reservations.There are some hotels who require larger deposits for high season arrival dates ,in these cases you will be advised.
• The deposit required will appear when you get your quotation.
• Please note that deposits can only be paid outside of 42 days prior to arrival or by special arrangement.
• For a large number of hotels your deposit will actually be refunded (minus a small administration fee) if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival. We can only refund to the credit card on which the deposit was taken.
