Full Description PARADISE ISLAND Located in an attractive village on Paradise Island amidst tropical trees and flowers. Bay View Village has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and is within walking distance of other amenities and just 10 minutes to Cabbage Beach. The property rises up the southern hillside to the crest of the island, where Nassau Harbour is located, and consists of 22 villas, 12 townhouses, and 32 one-bedroom suites, set in clusters amid pretty gardens, three swimming pools, and a tennis court. A PGA championship golf course, fine dining restaurants, casino and nightclubs are nearby, and watersports and sea activities can be easily arranged. ACCOMODATION: One-bedroom suites, comprised of a living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. Suites on the upper floors have balconies allowing a view of the garden and pool area; the lower floor units enjoy a terrace with a garden for privacy. Townhouses with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, King bed in master bedroom and 2 twins in second room (on request they can be strapped and made up as a king) large closets, and a balcony on the upper floor. A spacious living room, dining room, and powder room, together with a large kitchen, are located on the ground floor, as well as a terrace and garden.
