Constructed in the 1940’s, the Lone Star was originally a garage owned by car-enthusiast Romy Reid. Today the Lone Star is an exclusive boutique hotel, restaurant and bar, where its British owners have created a stylish retreat. There are four spacious air-conditioned suites, with shady terraces overlook the dazzling white sandy beach. The beachfront suites are decorated in cool contemporary style, and the restaurant is one of the island's finest. (Hotel closed from 2 June until 2 July 2008)
