The new double tiered infinity pool and dining terraces complex is a stunning addition. The main pool features a vanishing edge that drops below into a second pool, combining water features and a magnificent waterfall. The second pool leads onto decking that stretches out onto Morning Beach.
The new facility includes a new pool bar and bistro style restaurant Shutters, open in season for informal lunches and dinners. Three tiered desks are also available during the day as private sun terraces.

The Club House includes the reception area, lounge with fireplaces, where tea is served daily, Port O'Call and Residents' bars, the formal Tamarisk Dining Room, and the Mangrove Bay Terrace for smart casual alfresco dining and dancing, and Shutters. Nightly entertainment (in-season) with special evening cruises and dancing are also offered.

DINING:

Shutters is open for lunch daily and dinner in the evenings. Shutters is also used for breakfast service from time to time.
There are now three distinct culinary options for guests: The Tamarisk Restaurant & Terrace overlooking Mangrove Bay, Breezes on Long Bay Beach and now Shutters overlooking the new outdoor pool and terraces. All of these restaurants provide dining within the Half Board plan.

The Tamarisk Room - indoor or outdoor dining - Opens onto a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking Mangrove. Buffet and á la carte breakfasts. Lunch of sandwiches, salads, light dishes. Five-course dinners with a new menu daily Live music some nights. Jacket and ties are now optional, though the style very much remains on the side of elegance and good taste. A collared shirt is expected and no jeans are permitted.

Port O'Call - Black-timbered seafarers'-type tavern inside and covered-veranda seating outside overlooking Mangrove Bay. Live music for open-air dancing most nights. Complimentary rum-swizzle party Monday nights.

Main House Lobby - Afternoon tea daily is served in this room with upholstered floral seating with a fireplace.

Full Breakfast and afternoon teas are included in the rate.

Halfboard/MAP option includes full breakfast, afternoon tea and a casual or gourmet dinner daily for two people, the use of the beaches and other normal facilities. Guests on the MAP plan may enjoy formal dining in the Tamarisk Room or outside on the Bay Terrace, casual dining at the beachfront cafe, Breezes.

DINE-AROUND PROGRAM:
Guests on the Modified American Plan (MAP) are able to participate in an evening Exchange Dining Program with other Bermuda Collection hotels (Pompano and The Reefs). All exchange-dining reservations are handled on a request basis through the front desk.

Children?s Policy:
The resort does not accept children under 5 years of age. Over 5 years, there are no reductions. Special children meals available, and baby sitting service at a nominal fee payable locally.
