DINING:

Turtle Restaurant at Lambert has menus that are caribbean favorites combining the best of the local cuisine with that of Europe and the Americas. Prices are reasonable, and children under 12 may choose from a wide selection of items offered for them at half price. Food quality, presentation, and service are excellent. Sunday brunch at Lambert has become a weekly social event.

DRESS CODE:

Dress is informal. Bathing suits with cover-ups or sport clothes are the norm for breakfast and lunch on the dining terrace. Casual summer evening clothes, sport shirts and slacks are appropriate for dinner.
