At the Rhodes Restaurant internationally acclaimed chef GARY RHODES created an a la carte menu specially for the hotel, and will be visiting in December to create more amazing dishes. The la carte menu places a high importance on locally grown seasonal produce, all of which is supplied by the best sources as approved by Gary.

The kitchen and restaurant staff have been fully trained by Gary and the majority have obtained City and Guilds qualifications (Calabash is the only hotel in the Caribbean to be a certified base of City and Guilds.

The new Heaven & Earth Spa

Calabash will close on 01 September and reopen on Friday 15 October 2010 and Friday 12th August and reopen on Friday 5th October 2011

ACCOMMODATION:

West Side Suites (#1 - 6, 12): Basic suite with king bed, separate living area, all amenities listed, on either upper or lower floor. ( no children under 5 are allowed on the Upper floor.)

Whirlpool Suites: On upper floor with open plan for sitting/living area, and all amenities listed. Whirlpool and shower.

Superior Suites: Same as West Side Suite, but larger. Connecting room available in this room type.

Pool Suites: At ground floor level with private plunge pool.Some Connect to Superior Suites.

Thorneycroft Suite: The most luxurious suite, The Thorneycroft suite, is extremely spacious extending to over 2,000 square feet. In the suite there is a master bedroom leading out to a balcony. A marble tiled bathroom with double shower and large double whirlpool bath leading to a walk in closet and dressing area. A large and well appointed lounge leading to a sundeck beside the swimming pool. So as to facilitate maid breakfast service there is also a kitchen.

Hummingbird Villa: Located on the exclusive Amber Belair developement Hummingbird Villa offers a very spacious living environment.
Hummingbird has a spacious kitchen adjoining the breakfast room which leads to the dining room with the lounge and TV room completing the public rooms situated around a central internal courtyard at ground level. Also around the courtyard are two bedrooms and the clockroom.On the east side of the property is the master bedroom which has an office area.Downstairs are another two bedrooms,laundry and maids room.Outside the lounge and dining room lead to the covered patio.
Villa guests are entitled to 10% discount on all food and Beverage consumed at Calabash.

Swallow Villa: The elegant Swallow Villa offers sophisticated comfort in a convenient location.
The Villa offers a very spacious gourmet kitchen adjoining the living and dining room area,a computer equipped office, a patio area and three air conditioned bedrooms with en suit bathrooms.A hardwood staircase leads to the pavillon's lower level and an exercise area with workout equipment and a sitting room.Swallow Villa is located close to the Calabash Hotel and Restaurant,a mini market and L'Anse aux Epines beach.
