PALM ISLAND
Situated in the island chain of St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Palm Island is a private 135-acre island hideaway at the end of the Windward Island group of the Eastern Caribbean. The resort is accessible via the hotel's launch from Union Island, which is about a 10-minute ride. There are daily flights from Barbados to Union Island.

FREE Flights:
On stays of 7 nights or longer, guests will receive complimentary air transportation on TIA Airlines from Barbados to Union Island.

The resort offers 40 beatifully designed and decorated guestrooms, each with:

PALM VIEW
These beautifully appointed accommodations, located a few yards from the beach, offer the perfect vantage point to gardens ablaze with a myriad of tropical colours. There are four Plantation Suites (two upstairs and two downstairs); each have 2 queen beds, pull out couch, private bath, oversized balcony and/or patio.

BEACHFRONT
From your private patio steps to the shore enjoy sweeping views of Union Island and other nearby islands. These spacious, well-appointed rooms feature an additional living area designed for afternoon tea, or to relax with a page-turning thriller.

Even though attire is casual during the day, resort restaurants require dry and covered swimwear and no bare feet for meal service. After 6.30 pm the resort adopts a resort casual dress code as outlined below.

Royal Palm Restaurant and Sunset Grille and Bar:
Long pants, stylish jeans, dresses, skirts and dress shorts are permitted. Dress shoes and dress sandals are allowed (No flip flops or tennis shoes in the evening). Short or long sleeved shirts (no T-shirts or Tank top/sleeveless shirts)






DINING:
Royal Palm Restaurant - Sumptuous gourmet dining served oceanfront by award-winning chefs in the most romantic setting of all the Grenadines.
Sunset Grill Beach Restaurant and Bar - Small and lively, with casual grill-type fare and its own bar.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

DRESS CODE
In keeping with the casual but sophisticated elegance of the resort, while in the restaurants shoes must be worn, bathing suits covered, and no t-shirts, tank tops, 'short-shorts' or cutoffs.
After 6:30 PM, the dress code is elegantly casual (jeans are inappropriate).

DAY SAILING
There are a variety of yachts for day-long sailing trips to nearby islands, such as the famed Tobago Cays, Mayreau, Petit St. Vincent and Union Island.

NIGHT LIFE
3 nights of entertainment and a weekly beach barbecue with calypso music and a jump up. On Wednesdays is the Manager's Punch Party.

WATERSPORTS
Activities include swimming in our crystal waters, day sailing to the famed Tobago Cays and other nearby inlets, snorkelling and scuba diving on acres of coral gardens (snorkel gear is available free.) Scuba gear and instruction are available from operators on nearby Union Island (only 1 mile away). Windsurfers, Sunfish and floating mats are complimentary.

UNION ISLAND
Interesting to visit and see, friendly people, shops, bars, taxi tours, restaurants, boutiques, groceries, and village atmosphere.

LAND ACTIVITIES
Tennis, hiking and jogging trails, bicycles, air-conditioned fitness center, guided island walking tours and private picnic lunches.
