Cotton Bay Village is one of the newest holiday experiences in the Caribbean. Not a hotel or traditional resort, it is perhaps an ideal cross between a private self catering holiday and a destination resort. It is a small village sitting directly on Cotton Bay, an under developed stretch of sandy beach on St Lucia's picturesque East coast allowing its visitors to feel like they are miles away from anywhere - but the beauty is that the excellent selection of shops and restaurants of bustling Rodney Bay are only a 10 minute drive away. The property is also bordered by the Cap Estate championship golf course.

A Village by it’s nature the residents feel a sense of involvement in a vibrant community. You can enjoy a rich social life, perhaps with a club membership, street fetes and choice of good restaurants. You may also want to enjoy a private holiday away from the hustle and bustle of your village or town back at home, but it will hard not to be lured into this luxurious Caribbean village lifestyle.

Butlers are the highest level of service offered at Cotton Bay Village, available only for villa guest's. Here the butler’s main function is to take care of guest requests, bookings, reservations, problems, complaints, supervise and co-ordinate every service that guest receives in suite and to ensure guest satisfaction by paying attention to the smallest detail from arrival to departure.

The butler is trained to seek ways of pleasantly surprising his/her guest so that every day of their stay the guest is ‘blown away’’.
The service is seamless since the guest does not have to deal with separate departments but only their butler over any request, requirement or service.

Hotel Accommodation
Cotton Bay Village offers 74 Luxury Suites and Villas, with a combination of one, two, three and four bedrooms. Furnishings selected by top interior designers in various styles make this an experience quite different from staying in a hotel.

Here are just some of the luxuries you may enjoy:

All accommodations have DVDs, flat screen TVs, and a state of the art telecommunications system (DVDs can be rented from reception). All residences are self-contained with a designer kitchen, living room, dining room and private outside dining terrace.

All residences come with a mobile phone for you to use at your leisure and to call your butler should you require anything. Bedrooms are en-suite and are furnished with either a King size bed or zip queens.
Chateau Mango and Cotton House Villas come staffed with a private butler to attend to every whim while residents lie back in abject luxury.

Suites
All units are beautifully furnished with hardwood floors, traditional timber louvered windows and sheers, to add a hint of Caribbean flavour. All master bedrooms in the apartments have four poster beds. Sitting rooms have TV, CD and DVD players and an eclectic blend of furnishings
from painted French furniture, modern metal designs and colonial Plantation styles, to traditional mahogany. All ground floor suites have covered dining terraces featuring teak dining furniture and a private sun terrace.

Tamarind Suite
These are either one or two bedroom luxury apartment suites overlooking the giant freeform swimming pool and sundeck.

Calabash Suite
The Calabash suites are spacious 2 bedroom apartment suites with a generous 1700 sq ft of living space, overlooking the freeform pool and the sundeck.

Coral Penthouse Suites
Beautifully furnished 3-bedroom penthouse suites with over 2400 sq ft of living space, boasting roof top sundeck and whirlpool.

Teracotta Villas
The Terracotta villas are stylish and elegant. They feature open living space on the ground floor, with al fresco dining terraces, three gorgeous bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in dressing rooms and balconies) garden, private swimming pool and rooftop decks with private sun terraces and Jacuzzis. Some of them also have an additional guest cottage with a delightful sitting room and en-suite bedroom. This accommodation is perfect for extra guests, teenage children who want some privacy or for families needing extra space for a nanny or the Butler.

Chateaux Mango Villa
If you are looking for a luxurious three bedroom villa to spoil your family on vacation or for a group of friends or even a business gathering, these villas provide the ideal setting with beautiful exterior coral renderings and an entrance fountain which welcomes guests to a lavish dwelling. The entrance lobby opens up to a grand sitting area and a teak dining room with glazed vaulted ceilings. An open terrace, garden with dining gazebo and private pool makes for the perfect outdoors. Because they are on one level, with high ceilings, there is a wonderful feeling of freedom and space. These villas are perfect for BBQ evenings around the pool, especially since they come with your own personal Butler and dedicated maid to look after you and your guests.

Cotton House
The larger Cotton Houses are built in a Grand colonial style and are the largest properties at Cotton Bay Village, accommodating up to 10 people. Some of these residences also come with an additional guest cottage ideally suited to accommodate grandparents, teenagers, any extra guests, a nanny or a Live-in Butler should you wish. The Cotton Houses are two storey Villas with double vaulted ceilings set with a stunning chandelier. The first floor is accessed via a mahogany staircase to a Mezzanine gallery where three gorgeous en-suite bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a spacious dressing room and bathroom and a large sun terrace. The terrace is designed to open up from the gallery, lending itself as a cocktail reception while hosting guests before dinner or holding a house party. A drawing room sits below the gallery and a covered dining terrace leads to an exterior sundeck, a garden with dinning gazebo and swimming pool. The ground floor also has a family TV room, en-suite guest bedroom, kitchen, laundry and pantry. The kitchen is beautifully appointed featuring a central preparation marble table. Hotel Restaurants and Bars
All residences have their own full sized kitchens so self catering is a popular option at the Village with a Deli and convenience store on site. There are also 2 great restaurants and you may pre-book in advance your half board option.

The Beach Club 1461 - Barefoot elegance is the feeling here at just about the most chic beach restaurant you have ever seen. From BBQ to Foie Gras, cold beer to champagne, there's something for any mood all day long. A La Carte Breakfast and lunch fare are available until 6:30pm daily. Dinner is served A La Carte from 6:30pm - 10pm 6 nights a week; Caribbean BBQ and family beach party once a week.

Piano Piano - for a more elegant dining experience in a fully air conditioned environment. The latest restaurant to open in the Village and already considered to be one of St Lucia's new Hot Tables. The menu is a fusion of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. Reservations are essential.

Take Out Service -Some of the eateries located in the Village offer take out service, with our without delivery, the choice is yours. There is a beverage take away service that you utilize to stock your own bar any time.

Bruschetta Deli and Convenience Store offers a wide range of food and beverage items along with delicious pastries, breads and speciality coffees and teas. Bruschetta is your one stop shop for all of your Self-catering needs for your Cotton Bay Village holiday. Treat yourself every afternoon from 3pm to some of
the pastry delights and enjoy your choice of freshly brewed coffee or tea or a refreshing cold drink while relaxing in the Bruschetta court yard. We welcome you to
stay in touch with your family back home with the complimentary WIFI service available in the Bruschetta Courtyard. Open Daily 9am – 5pm

Private Chefs - Both the Beach Club 1461 and Piano Piano offer a private chef facility. If your are staying in one of the lovely Cotton House or Chateaux Mango Villas and can provide 48 hours notice, they can arrange a private dinner cooked by your very own chef, or a BBQ around your pool or a simple cocktails and Canapes evening.
