Located in one of the Caribbean’s most romantic settings perched 1000 feet above sea level on a hillside amid the Lush Pitons of Southern St Lucia where from every point on the property you can see some of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean.
A sophisticated, intimate hideaway with 15 villas and suites, and most with private pools. The unique concept of this resort is that one side of the accommodations is completely open to expose the magnificent mountainside panorama.

Tastefully decorated with exposed wood and stone walls and furnished with hand–built 19th century French furniture including romantic 4 poster beds.
With a new open-air reception, this resort is definitely for romantics, and the perfect choice for a Honeymoon or that special break with your loved one.
Guests have the use of a complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches where diving and watersports can be arranged and also to the nearby town of Soufriere.
There is a swimming pool and sun deck that overlooks the pitons, and sightseeing, hiking in the rainforests and day trips to other islands can be arranged.

ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTION:

3 meals per day, afternoon tea, all drinks by the glass (bottled wine and champagne)
full use of the resort facilities, complimentary beach shuttle and use of snorkelling equipment.

.N.B. CHILDEN - Ladera is an adult resort and does not accept children under the age of 15. NOTE: During Christmas - New Year (December 21 - January 2), Families with children ages 7 to 14 are welcome for the holidays free of charge for accommodation.

The hotel will be closed 6th September and will reopen on 1st October, 2010.

One Bedroom Villa Suite with plunge pool - Features open-air living room with day bed and ensuite bathroom. Four poster queen bed can be placed in living room - but this does not provide a private sleeping area. Private plunge pool with waterfall. Mini bar with coffee and tea facilities.

Hilltop Dream Suite+Pool - Open living room with views of the Pitons and Caribbean Sea with adjacent open bedroom with a 4 poster king bed and ensuite bathroom. Private pool with waterfall 1,100ft above the Caribbean Sea. Vews of Pitons, Ocean and tropical valley perfect for romantic dinners.

Two Bedroom Luxury Villa with pool - Features open-air living room with separate dining room area overlooking Pitons and Caribbean Sea. TI KAI POSE SPA

In local patois, it means “little house of rest,” and in any language, pure pampering. The Ti Kai Posé spa
at Ladera features indulgent treatments inspired by St. Lucia’s volcanic history and the lush rainforest
that surrounds this peaceful retreat.

The four treatment rooms at Ti Kai Posé are in keeping with the same intimate design and scale of
Ladera’s suites. Treatments are available in the spa facility or in the privacy of your suite or villa.

Ladera guests are also able to enjoy the new Mineral Pools in the spa gardens. Drawn directly from the source at the Diamond Mineral Baths near Soufrière (French for sulfur) these restorative waters are available right on property, in newly-built bathing pools. Conveniently located beside the Ti Kaye Posé Spa, guests may include a mineral soak as part of their pre- or post-massage routine, or simply use it to relax after a day hiking or spent at the beach. Originally built in 1785, just before the French revolution, with funds from King Louis XVI, it is rumored that Napoleon's Empress Josephine bathed in these same waters. The new Mineral Pools are complimentary to all guests.

Hotel Children Information
Ladera accept does not accept children under 10 years.

NOTE: During Christmas/New Year (20 December 2009– 01 January 2010), families with children ages 7 to 14 years are welcome for the holidays. Children are free of charge when sharing accommodation with 2 adults.

The resort also welcomes children ages 5-7 between 15th April – 24th April 2011 & 21st December 2011 – 2nd January 2012 .
